Scientists really, really like us

Wow! Been thinking about the recent Benchling training we've been having at Biotect Services, Inc. and I am feeling really inspired by the tools they have for improving our lab's organization and collaborative ability. Thank you for hosting such great sessions, Courtney Cheng! 🧬💡😁

We chose it because @benchling had a very rich python API and was actively building out features (such as chemical awareness) we needed. Also don’t discount the value of “someone I can call” support. Not sure free ones do that well.

Updating my lab notes before I head out on vacation. Always follow good documentation practices in a lab. Never trust your memory. I <3 @benchling!!! Do you use an electronic lab notebook or good old school regular notebook? #359daystogo #PhDthesis #academictwitter

We use Benchling and really like it. Easy to share with different lab members and data organization. gives flexibility for plasmid maps, good tools for cloning and sequence alignment.

A big day for TATAA Biocenter as we go live with a modern, fully-automated #LIMS Solution from Benchling. A tailored and unique system that brings many benefits to TATAA’s scientists and customers.

Compliance, validation, auditability, and GxP compatibility. Better than paper without the need to migrate from an expensive ELN to an expensive LIMS when you start preparing data packages for FDA

.@benchling, you can create your own schemas/fields and link plasmid maps to your notes, proteins and nucleic acids, cell line databases. And also easily share them across your lab members and collaborators.

Benchling is great. It combines sequence editor with lab notebook and integrates with a lot of the databases well.

It’s a really beautiful thing when your job transforms from spending hours curating excel spreadsheets of strains/ plasmids/ genes etc, to benchling just doing it for you. Thank you Benchling 🥹 and thank you James Petrie and Denise… for making me this T-shirt! Think of how much time I will save now I won’t have to repeat myself and people can just read my shirt! 😂 Nourish Ingredients Benchling

Honestly, from my perspective it's all in the product work.
@benchling has some of the best Techbio thinkers in the business working closely with top labs on their spec.
Incredibly complex products, and @benchling knows how to empower thd builders.

Nothing can beat @benchling

I like benchling. It’s good for molecular biology/biochem/genomics experiments. Convenient to insert tables (buffer conditions, etc) and we can organize by projects or protocols.

I love benchling’s virtual digest tool so much it hurts

Benchling is a great lab notebook tool and has a lot of user-friendly options when it comes to added tables, charts, pictures. You can even import your own protocols.

A big shoutout to @benchling for their API. It used to take me quite some time to process the sequencing results. With less than 100 lines of python code all happens automagically as soon as a link to results ZIP arrives in my mailbox.

How have I only just discovered @benchling? This is going to make my record keeping.......
