Introduction
Materials
- Miniprepped Plasmid DNA
- Approx. 1500ng
- Sequencing Primer
- 2.5 μL
- See primer spreadsheet on bench or below
- Sterile Water
- To bring total volume of sequencing solution to 15 μL
Procedure
Sequencing
- Mix above materials together in PCR tubes, labeled 01, 02, 03, etc.
- Place sealed tubes in a small plastic bag with sequencing order form
- Drop off in the box
This is a brief protocol for sending miniprepped plasmids for sequencing by Quintara. Sequencing pickups are at 10 a.m., 5 p.m., and 7 p.m.
