    Objectives
    Purify successful PCRs from 7/20 and optimize PCR protocol for YF1/FixJ
    PCR of YF1/FixJ
    Made mastermix for each of the 4 Mg++ conditions, but bc the p200 tips weren't working we couldn't trust that the proportions of the PCR reagents were right. Thrown out, going to redo tomorrow.
    PCR Purification
    Conclusion: NOTHING WORKED. PCR purification worked for the first two samples of amilCP. We need to repcr Pp.7.21.M which is the sfGFP + dCBD! Miniprep samples worked as well!
